I can’t believe Aqours is gonna be singing the theme. (The second I heard the Forces main theme I had to make this it just sounds too similar not to)

I have to remind myself of this all the time as I tend to imagine all of my work, (doesn’t matter if it’s due in a day or a week or a month), as this giant task that I need to tackle all at once.  So if I don’t control my overthinking, it can very easily paralyze further productivity and snowball into a great big problem!  Anxiety can come from things like bad experiences in the past, perfectionism, self-esteem issues, negative thinking, and predicting consequences that haven’t even occurred yet.  Yes, time managing can be a great help, but it’s not always the solution, it takes self discipline and action before a crisis can strike to make it all work!  Ask yourself why you’re nervous, what you’re afraid of and how to overcome those obstacles by trying different possible solutions and ways to get past them.   It’s okay to make mistakes, it’s what makes us humans - amazing humans!  You won’t be cured overnight, but by recognizing when you’re getting stressed and assessing how you’re feeling when anxiety levels spike, you will gain better control of it!  Something to think about.  ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ  I hope this helps!!
