Running For Meaning

Who would have thought now, that I'm still in Wildland Fire, just accepted my first permanent job with National Park Service, I have been to France, Spain, Argentina, Chile now, have not hiked the PCT or CDT but realistically can now summer 2022, have gotten in crypto in 2017 which is starting to feel like it could be life changing. Still living the dirt bag life, not settled down, can fit everything I own in a Mazda CX5. Have not meet the woman of my dreams, but am falling head over heels over tinder date 2 days ago. To top it all off after 7 years returned to North Idaho to find I am mainly priced out of living here, but still in love with the area just as much as I was the first time I came here. Life you be trippy.... Here is to the next 5 years and my 30s!

*Middle Teton Summit in November 2016. Had a NPS climbing ranger doubt I was capable of this climb and told me it would be a lot of work. Well it was but I can’t imagine chickening out because he doubted me and missing out on this.*

Thought i would share the view that I will never forget! The sunset aligning with a wildfire blowing up. On our hike out you could hear it. It sounds like a train or jet engine. 

I’m still just traveling around. Doing seasonal stuff but I’m really happy with how everything is going. It was great to just sit back and flip through my blog. I have made so much progress over the last few years and I’m liking where everything is headed!
