New chapter to my fitness journey.

I'm now a member of Village Gyms

Had a tour of the place and it was great, the facilities for my specific routine were ideal.

The gym itself with the recovery areas, pool, jacuzzi etc will be great to create a training schedule, plus they have a running club on a Tuesday and a Thursday so that's a bonus for me as well.

Here's to the future for my half marathon training.

This was me yesterday, soaked, knackered but a third run and 9 days of Sobriety under my belt.

Anyone got any good suggestions for jackets for running in the rain?

Today the sun's shining and I'm going to look at gyms.
