“It is “Kozue no Tsuki” (Juichiro Shinoda) from the front page of “ Shoujo no Tomo” September (Vol. 6 No. 10 ) (published by Minoru Kyo no Nihonsha ), published in 1913 (Taisho 2) . Juichiro Shinoda (1883-1969) was born in a wealthy drug wholesaler in Gifu Prefecture, and after graduating from the prefectural Gifu junior high school, he studied Japanese painting in Kyoto against the opposition of his parents’ home and graduated from the Tokyo College of Art’s Japanese painting department. In 1917 (Taisho 6), he won the Bunten Exhibition for the first time, played an active part as a Japanese painter, and as an assistant professor at Tokyo School of Art, he also taught the younger students. “
