Billie was no political genius so she kept that thought to herself for fear itād just be wrong. Even with having been in this town her whole life sheād never seen a disaster of this scale, so perhaps they just werenāt ready for it. Nothing to do but keep shoveling, in any case.Ā āWell he couldnāt exactly do nothing after all, else weād have all had his fucking life.
