Gonna make an ask about each speculation I have for how Blue gets along with the cast, because it's fun mweheheheheheh. heh. Will spread it out because I have big thoughts.
Okay so Pomni, since she's the main character of the series who likes to reach out to others. I think she sees Blue as kind of a mix between Gummygoo and a new player, not personality wise but responsibility wise. And also coming off from Jax abstracting and being unable to stop it..... yeeaaahh. Like this is someone she knows is an AI who has a robotic personality, and she isn't exactly trying to fix him but she also thinks a good portion of it is a mask. Gummygoo has an extensive crisis, Caine snapped and turned into AIM for a bit before coming back feeling very guilty, so Blue likely has something wrong with them too and she's just waiting for the shoe to drop. Which is ironic, since yes while Blue has some stuff to figure out they are pretty honest with their opinions it seems. And for Blue I think it infuriates them (not that I think they would ever admit it because no emotions for them lol), that her compassion is annoying when they really don't want to be treated like that, and it's a reminder of how she never gave that kindness to Caine until after the whole crashout thing happened. Especially when Blue just, doesn't really need that treatment themselves? They're still coming to terms with what they are and don't appreciate someone's assumptions about them. Hence why they just can't stand Pomni especially to me, she's just at a point where she will just pry rather than not say anything, unfortunately for Blue. At least that's the vibes I'm getting. Long term I think they might get along better, as Blue gets to experience living and Pomni gets to learn more about them at a natural pace, because she is usually the most mature out of the cast emotionally speaking. Even if Blue doesn't really see themselves as a person, whatever point of development they arrive at and settle down in is one Pomni can come to understand one day at least. Until Blue works out all of that though? Loathing, so much loathing omg, and so much misunderstandment.

When I first got this ask my reaction was like, âoh shit this is too on point to what I was thinking what am I gonna do nowâ anyways I finally actually sat down to finish drawing this out.

This was very right btw, down to Blue being annoyed over Pomniâs compassion because. They are just not ready for allat at this point in time, hence the title of the comic lol
This happens early on, Blue has had little time to adjust to their new state and their thoughts are pretty much jumbled up.
They are not ready to open up, they donât even want to consider the thought. But Pomni can already see past Blue, even before Blue could see past themselves.
Pomni wants to push Blue to open up, itâs a mix of not wanting them to fall off the deep end (like what happened to Caine in episode 8 and Jaxâs abstraction), and her staunch belief that she needs to be the pillar, the one to uplift everyone.
She pushes when Blue isnât ready, and Blue pulls back.
Blue wants Pomni to believe they are incapable of thought and emotion, but nothing Blue does will convince Pomni because sheâs already been here before (just in a different font).
Also this is Blue not wanting to be compared to Caine because to Blue, theyâre not even worth comparing. Like the fact that Caine (who they hold so much admiration for) is at all likened to them. It doesnât make sense. Itâs like a disservice to Caine in their eyes in a way. Or: Ube gives a blue dot an inferiority complex woohoo!
