If dealing with a person that has anxiety makes you mad and you think they're just acting like a bitch, perhaps you should take a step back and reevaluate yourself before dealing with any more people.

When you see other people going out and having fun and realize that is what you need to help you wind down from life but yet don't have the pleasure of having the time to go out nor the people to go out with.

Why is it that the thing you didn't do that caused the break up is the exact thing your S.O. has done at the same time? Yet you're the one that gets blamed for not changing to make it right and causing the break up.

When your break up is amicable, there is not big fight or hard feelings about it. Then your ex starts making posts about about "you letting the good one get away" as if to kick you in the face. But they're "honestly not trying to hurt you".

When you feel you weren't given a chance to make fix the problems with your relationship and that you know you can make the changes necessary to make it work if given the chance, but now don't want to look/feel like a wimp by askinh for a second chance. Even though it's what you want to scream at the top of your lungs.

When your S.O. decides that you are no longer capable of giving what they need and completely rip your heart out. Yet, you've had such a life of heartbreak in the past that your body has stopped being able to create tears for such an event. You want them to fall but are unable to produce the searched for outcome.
