Scat version of the same weird brain concept:
A caretaker straddling or sitting in the sickie’s lap, rubbing the sickie’s upset stomach
Sickie has an awful gurgly tum, and caretaker can feel it rumbling
Caretaker leans against sickie, their stomachs pressing together
The weight on their belly makes the sickie groan, and their stomach gurgles
Caretaker reaches around to rub sickie’s back, or maybe the sides of their swollen stomach
Sickie's stomach rumbles again, and they pass some gas. They're clearly embarrassed, but caretaker reassures them that it's fine, they don't feel well.
Sickie nods, allowing the caretaker to massage the gas out of their stomach. It's a bit embarrassing, and they still feel kinda queasy, but the decreasing pressure really eases the pain in their stomach.
Until suddenly, deep gurgles and cramp. The sickie goes tense, mumbling to caretaker that they need to move to the bathroom asap.
Caretaker helps them up and to the toilet. They ofc stay with the sickie despite initial protests.
Sickie's hunched over on the toilet, their stomach cramping and rumbling ominously.
Caretaker ventures to reach out a hand, rubbing sickie's stomach again. Their belly is tense and bloated, and it only takes a gentle rub for them to explode with loose, runny stools.
Their belly slowly deflates, with the caretaker massaging their stomach. The cramps are constant and there's no telling whether each fart will spew liquid or gas.
There's a brief period of hollow farting where sickie is too wary to get off the toilet. When they're finally sure they're empty, they let caretaker guide them into a hot shower, cleaning them up and massaging their sore stomach.
They dry off and go to bed, where caretaker rubs sickie's stomach, helping them to pass some more gas and eventually fall asleep.
