i accidentally found this blog in search results and its so fascinating to me i never knew there was an rp community like this on tumblr… its like a slightly puzzling but interesting whole new world to me. ummm yeah thats all hope the two of you running this blog are having a good day (or night) :-)

i'm glad the community as a whole is being more mindful about what fcs they use but blindly using that list is not the best choice. i know of at least one actress who has publicly been pro-palestine is on it and is now being being banned from groups for being a zionist. i'm not as familiar with all the celebs, but i have to assume she's not the only one. it's like we can only act in extremes - just straight up not giving a fuck or being hypercritical with no thought or research.

tbh i've felt that some of the links in that doc were wrongly placed bc why is lily james under the both sided zionists when i don't see the evidence of these liked pro-israel posts??

the fact that some people will see this convo about zionist and probably say we are excusing it because they lack nuance

i feel like in a lot of ways, the word zionist is starting to lose it's meaning, and i don't mean that super literally, but more so in the online sphere. i don't think someone who liked a single post in 2020 should be on the same list as people actively funneling propaganda into the world every single day. if anything, i think this is having a negative impact on the combatting of actual zionism.

sorry but i am not going to go through a list of 100+ people and click each and every source to see who isnt zionist lol. if you know the people, then say it? why are you so against that, considering they're innocent? especially if people are doing it bc it's racially motivated. idk why you wouldn't want to call that out specifically and just have it be vague.

If this is about Maia Cotton she was posting a lot of pro-Israel stories in October 2023. Nobody got screenshots but you can find comments calling her out on it in her September 2023 ig post!

i write on rp.me. it's basically formatted like myspace (i'm old ok) and for the most part its okay unless you write with a group or on discord. people write anywhere from a sentence to novella and their accounts say so, so you can avoid anyone you don't want to write with. someone tried to say pedos were writing on there but your account would automatically be deleted if not flagged if you write shit like that. i think it has more safe guards than tumblr does at times tbh.
