Through victory, my chains are broken. (PT2)
The two groups rushed one another, Imperial troops and Republic soldiers coming to blows rather quickly. Before long it was an all out brawl, though the Jedi appeared to be meditating in the middle of it. As he began to approach, a group of Mandalorians rushed Brayner, tackling the Sith to the ground. Their armor bore sigils of a Clan the Lord didn’t recognize-- likely some splinter group unaffiliated with the Empire. Atleast, directly.
Armored gauntlets came slamming down onto the masked Force User, rattling him for a moment before he released a sharp growl, expelling the Force in a wave around him to knock the combatants off. Skidding along the ground, they quickly righted themselves, as did Brayner.
“You’ve made quite the mistake.” The Sith warned them. As they both jumped him again, the Human called the Force to him, enhancing his strength to catch one of the poor souls by the throat, while bringing his other arm up to block the other blow. As he began to strangle the other Mandalorian-- lifting him a considerable amount into the air with his Force-endowed strength, he was then used as a bludgeon, slamming into the other Mandalorian with enough force to crack a few bones.
Soon, there was a phantom, vice-like grip on their necks before, with a flick of his wrist, they snapped with a resounding, sickening crunch. The Sith turned then, to see his fellow Imperials beaten-- some, lying motionless on the blood-stained durasteel floor. The Jedi approached, and his remaining men began to encircle him.
“You’re surrounded, Sith. Back down and you’ll be treated fairly. Resist, and we will take you in by force.” The Jedi said in an effort to convince the other man to stop the fighting. Brayner snorted, cracking a wicked grin under the mask.
“Surrounded..?” He questioned, peering around as he began to reach out with the Force. “All I am surrounded by is fear. And dead men.” Concentrating then, the majority of the Republic soldiers began to raise into the air, some grasping for their throats before there were multiple loud, nauseating squishing and crunching noises. The bodies dropped to the floor, blood oozing from some of their slackened jaws. The remaining two soldiers simply looked on in horror, before running back.
Now, Jedi and Sith faced eachother, each taking a stance. No lightsabers. Only the Force, and their physical prowess.
