This was in the fine print with the smallest font possible placed on the back of the sign up. This is something that happens by default, because Pandora is weird about him.

Also Owen is hungover as of current and he tells me to tell you “I ov oo.” Or whatever that means.

You could you use the passage where the other NRC students use to sneak over raccoons. Just... don't sneak a raccoon over. And don't get caught by Pandora.... About the fight... we aren't sure as it's not a planned event. But it is a beforehand warning if the Housewarden/Pandora finds out...
