3 Grapefruits & 3 lemons organic If not organic scrub good Rinse & wash off excess water Peel the skins. Only need skins For lemon and grapefruits. Peeling directions - cut in 1/2 then a slit on each side. Use fingers to grab the slit & Pull off skin on each half. 

 Put skins in pot & Cover with water Put on lid & bring to boil Then lower heat & simmer 3 hours Turn off heat & let cool Before straining it. Transfer to clean glass jar with lid.  keep in refrigerator. You can use a crock pot so as not to remove cover which would allow the quinine to escape. But never remove cover either way.   P.S Take Zinc as well it helps body absorb it. Vitamin D3
