Great question.... I don't knoooow.

We're definitely moving towards the end of the story and I'm in the "wrap some things up/write some things I wanted to before I start working on the final section" point, but I don't have a specific number. I'd definitely say we're around 70% of the way through? Depending on chapter length could be another 10ish, give or take, but no promises as I'm lowkey terrible at estimating that kind of thing.

As for tips/donations, I have set up a ko-fi (as of today) as a few people have been kind enough to ask, so here's a link to that, and I'll also add it to my bio. It's completely optional and will go towards funding my bubble tea addition:

Maybe! It's rare for me to hyperfixate enough on a piece of media for me to get off my lazy ass and create something, I'm definitely not used to having this much interest in something.

Some of the other fandoms interested aren't necessarily things I'd think to write fanfic for? Like Monster Hunter, I 100% headcanon my hunter is smooching Alma, but that definitely feels like OC x Canon Character which I know isn't everybody's cup of tea. I used to write Genshin fic but I haven't played the game in years, I've been on more of a Star Rail kick lately.

The mental image of Miranda in Hag Form trying to lure Grace out of danger while RE8 is happening in the background (that's why Miranda is AWOL for half the game I guess) is so fucking funny to me. She's Ethan's looking for his kid. Miranda's dealing with Spencer's sudden adopted daughter she didn't know existed. Castle Dimitrescu is wiggling their eyebrows at Grace. Mia has a headache. Alyssa, wherever she is, also has a headache.

Truly Capcom was just like "ok we've made a very pretty, very awkward lady. And then we killed her mom in front of her and made the blood hit her face. And now they're manhandling her. And now she's covered in a truly unhinged amount of blood. And now the hottest zombie we've ever made is gonna sing some opera. And now we're making her a mom. And now she's witnessing the 'death' of her child after already being traumatized about mother/child stuff- the game is only half done btw there's worse from here on out"

And we all said "thank you for the meal."

Something about Miranda just not knowing what to do with Alyssa being big into the truth/journalistic integrity/etc and Alyssa also being like "Here I am trusting a murderer to keep my daughter safe because she happened to have a soft spot for her father. Who is also a murderer. Fuck".

I feel we'd have another "What have you got there?" "A knife." "NO" moment when Cassandra pulls out an actual real ass sharpened sickle to complete the outfit.

I was almost tempted not to reply to this because I laugh every single time I open my inbox and see it. But I need to share it with the world.

It's definitely possible, I've seen some great art for it and I'm a sucker for supernatural stuff. I've been tempted to do a one shot that's more like... fantasy-esque? And if I do that I think some kinda werewolfy style Grace for a classic "oh no she's a werewolf and she's a vampire oh noooooo".

I am a humble author. I see the opportunity for kind of butch/feisty wolf coded character and fancy femme vampire character and I give it a thumbs up.
