you sigh, looking down at your watch for what feels like the twentieth time tonight. “ah, it’s getting late. i really should get going, or else they’re going to start this meeting without me.”

woonhak groans, spinning around on his desk chair. “why do clubs even have meetings so late at night?”

you shrug, following his movements with a small smile from your place on his floor. “i wish i knew.”

it’s a monday night, and you’re warm and cozy in woonhak’s apartment. his roommates are out studying, and you’d come here from classes yourself at woonhak’s invitation of dinner together.

(leehan had paused next to you on his way out with the rest of them, looking back at woonhak arguing with sungho. “he doesn’t cook for us ever,” he’d told you with a grin.

“maybe because you guys are more picky,” you’d shot back, but you couldn’t deny the flutter in your chest at his words.
