Seraphina’s eyes glimmer with satisfaction as Haeun steps away to fetch the wine. She turns back to the group, effortlessly resuming her conversation. "Isn't she delightful?" she remarks to no one in particular, relishing the subtle approval from her guests. Her husband, Dante, nods politely, his attention wavering between Seraphina and the other attendees. Seraphina shifts her gaze to the producer, a slight but perceptible nod of acknowledgment to Haeun’s earlier words. "Mr. Kim," she says warmly, "Haeun has such promise, don’t you think? I do believe she’s one to watch in the coming years." Mr. Kim, the producer, responds with a quiet smile. "Indeed, Mrs. Kang. She seems very eager and driven." She finds it amusing, the fervor of the younger women trying to make their mark, each one so predictable in their flattery. It's always been like this, she muses, their admiration feeding her sense of superiority and Seraphina uses them as well, taking the credit to have brought to the office these diligent young girls who would do anything she asks of them. A few moments later, Haeun returns, her approach signaled by the soft clinking of glasses on a tray carried by the butler. He follows closely, and within moments, glasses of Chateau Lafite are being distributed. Seraphina accepts her glass with a gracious smile, lifting it slightly in a toast. "To success and future endeavors," she declares, her voice carrying the authority and charm she has honed over years of social navigation. The circle of guests echoes her sentiment, raising their glasses before taking sips. As the evening progresses, Seraphina continues to engage her guests, subtly steering conversations and ensuring everyone feels acknowledged. By the end of the evening, a little something however comes to "ruin" the pleasure of the producer as this one seems to feel sick. The bathroom is indicated to him first and then, he discreetly excuses himself as he has to go home to take care of the situation. It has seemed the plan of Haeun failed - nobody being aware of any of it however, but the producer finding himself victim of the waiter's confusion with the glasses. Everyone little by little proceeds to leave as well as the get together reaches its end. Seraphina as the hostess of the night wishes a goodbye and goodnight to every single one of her guests one by one until it gets to Haeun's departure time. "Have you had a good evening? It was absolutely lovely having you this evening. You might want to check on your schedule with Mister Kim's assistant... Mr Kim has fallen sick, he probably won't be at the office tomorrow." Seraphina speaks whispering the last word as it is quite shameful, it wasn't just the flu but the entire bathroom situation business. "It must have been from our business lunch meal, the fool had lobster in this season." A small mocking laughter escapes from her mouth. "I will see you tomorrow darling, yes?"
