today was mid. i didn’t sleep last night and i broke my fast at 6 am because i was hungry and felt a lil miserable (girl whatever). had a kraft mac and cheese cup (220 cals) and stayed awake for a few hours before i passed tf out. fasted until 7:30 (30 minutes before fast starts) and ate two mac and cheese cups (440 for both) so hopefully i can sleep and my body can stfu 🤩
-660 cals today! that’s good (:
i will now fast until 6 or 7 pm tomorrow (22/23 hours) depending on how i feel. !

well 😀 i binged like a bitch this week and gained 2 pounds so i’m miserable of course. i’m doing a 22 hour fast. today i fasted for 22 hours and probably hit my calorie intake for the day because my mother made hot chocolate and ramen and i was being a sad lil idiot. 😬 but now i’m back on my thing again, i better lose more or i’ll get pissed.
