Rosa nodded but hummed in thought. “We could hang out in one of our rooms. I mean its a pretty decent place to get to know someone right?” She said, shrugging her shoulders. She liked learning about people but being around others was a bit distracting.

DJ smirked, liking that she had chosen to spend time in one of their rooms. The question now was, which room should it be. “Alright, your room, or mine?” he asked with the same smirk still in place.

Rosa heard the thud, eyebrows furrowing and a look of concern on her face as he opened the door. “Hey, you okay?” She asked, playing with a bit of her hair.

He seemed okay but the thud was pretty loud.

“Yeah!“ A light shade of pink colored his cheeks. He had been hoping beyond hope that she hadn’t heard the thud. “You ready for some grub?“ He stepped out of his room, closing the door behind him as he stepped around her.

Rosa gave the boy a soft, strained smile. “It’s okay, it just hurts.” She sighed, shaking her head. “Sorry for getting upset.” She murmured, trying not to wince at his dabbing.

He gave a nod. “Apparently some people don’t like to swim in the ocean.“ He was one of them. Too many things that could happen - like getting pulled under by the undertow, or getting eaten by something. “The question is, what do you want to do until midnight?“

Perhaps he didn’t know who he was, or who he had connections to. “The best time for a swim in the pool, is midnight.“ He then stood, towering over her. “If you’re interested.“

He liked this girl. She knew how to play the game. He hummed before speaking, “And how, pray tell, am I expected to find out?” He leaned forward, dropping his spent cigarette to the ground and stepping on it to make sure it was out. Even when he was sitting, he was still pretty tall - almost able to look her in the eyes.

“Yeah?” Rosa smirked and tilted her head a bit. “What kind of fun do you like?” She asked, raising her eyebrows at him. She was curious about him, that was for sure
