the internet acts like there’s only one way to be pretty and it’s genuinely so boring to me. some girls are skinny pretty. some girls are soft pretty. some girls are curvy, thick, awkward, tall, short, dramatic, quiet, intimidating, sweet-looking, messy-looking. and they’re all still gorgeous in completely different ways. like genuinely, imagine if every girl looked the exact same? half of beauty is individuality. half of it is the way someone carries themselves, laughs, talks about things they love, the energy they bring into a room, the tiny features that make them look like them. there are girls with chubby cheeks and soft arms that look like renaissance paintings. girls with strong noses that belong in old photographs. girls with dark circles and sleepy eyes that somehow make them even prettier. girls who don’t fit the “perfect” standard but still make people stare anyway. you do not have to shrink yourself into one specific aesthetic to deserve feeling beautiful. ya'll are capital G Gorgeous!! beauty exists in like 900 different forms, no one has to ever be the same
