I finally got around to reading Dark Heaven! I’ve only read one chapter but I’m hooked already. The first chapter is gorgeously quiet. There’s literally not a single line of dialogue in the entire chapter, yet it manages to depict passion both on stage and in bed perfectly. I loved how JUNS (the author), juxtaposed Dark Heaven’s performance with Conor and Simon’s love scene. The same actions occur, but in two very different contexts.

It goes from Simon enjoying the fan’s hands all over him.

To Simon enjoying Conor’s hands all over him (love the nail polish by the way).

Then from Conor reaching out to “strum” Simon.

To Conor strumming his guitar.

It’s so creative and it’s beautifully drawn. I had to read it twice, I liked it so much.

And on the second read I noticed this…
