barkovitch: lol she probably tried to abort you :D

Parker is an Alpha and Barkovitch is an Omega.

Barkovitch doesn't like being an Omega because he's was bullied for it, so he pretends to be either a Beta or an Alpha.

Gary doesn't have the money to buy pills to hide his scent (I don't know what he smells like, but it's obvious he's an Omega), but in every other way, he acts like an Alpha, and his build isn't that of an Omega.

Everyone knows he's an Omega, but they don't say anything because it would make Gary mad, and he's too unpredictable to risk it (one day he might just give you a side-eye, and the next day you could end up with a knife to your throat).

The first time Collie sees Barko is in a bar, on top of an Alpha, punching him in the face.

He assumes the Alpha is the Omega and Gary is the Alpha, so he separates them, believing he was witnessing an attack on a defenseless Omega.

When he holds Barkovich in his arms, he can distinguish his scent and realizes he's the Omega (and that he finds his smell quite addictive).

Barko also reacts to Collie's scent, so he runs away.

The next day, Parker in his room at his university apartment talking to his roommate Pete, who tells him about his boyfriend and that he probably stops by from time to time.

Just then, there's a knock on the door. Pete tells him it's probably Ray.

It's Ray, but he's accompanied by his own roommate, Gary Barkovitch.

ray will literally do anything except admit he is ill because he is a people pleaser. he has a 103 degree fever and is still doing the dishes while pete tries to coax him back to bed.

collie gets horny as hell when he has a fever, he's making grabby hands at barko while laid up in bed and he cannot be tamed. he's also stubborn and won't admit he's getting sick until he can no longer move.

art is generally the quietest when ill, but has the loudest coughs/sneezes (think a house-shaking, dad-sneeze) that startle everyone in a four mile radius.

hank is the biggest complainer and requires an immediate trip to 7-eleven to get him medications and gatorade. but he also gets over it very quickly, it last maybe one night then he is back together pretending he didn't make them sit by his bed all night.

stebbins gets even more eerie when he's sick. his face goes all pale and flushed like the living dead and wanders around like a ghost, freaking everyone out. he is also ill regularly enough that they have a 'days since stebbins was last sick' chart on their refrigerator.

pete will literally just sleep through it. he gets a headache (the warning symptom) and takes enough sleeping aid to knock him out for 2 days. it's concerning but surprisingly effective.

harkness is in denial about being sick. he comes up with alternate explanations like missing his daily multivitamin until he collapses in the middle of showing the boys his animal crossing island.

ray: when he wants to be comforted, he usually goes to pete because he doesn't mind being vulnerable with him. but he gets self conscious if their other friends are around and will act more outgoing to distract from his issue.

pete: his way of seeking support is by trying to help others solve their problems until there's an opportunity to bring up whatever he's dealing with. unfortunately, most of them (except art and ray) are completely oblivious when he does this.

art: he will usually go to several people he trusts/respects before figuring out what to do. sometimes it feels like their opinions are worth more than his because he's used to seeking the answers from a higher power.

hank: when his usual methods of deflection and human stop working, he will go to art for help because he is least likely to judge or tease him. they're quieter when it's just the two of them, and hank gets a break from having to act okay all the time.

stebbins: despite being the most silent and stoic of them all, stebbins can go to anyone one of them for support and they never know who he will choose, so they're all on edge. needy stebbins imprints on his chosen person like a kitten and basically shadows them until he has thought through his problem or asked them outright what they think.

collie: when he wants support, he'll propose activities to do with his friends so that they can talk while focusing on something else because it makes him uncomfortable when he has their undivided attention.

richard: generally tries to remain positive, almost to a toxic extent, so he will be overly optimistic, prompting one of his friends to directly ask him what he's trying to hide. Then he immediately starts crying.
