Lunael nodded understanding. “Yeah, once I’ve been told about higher Gods by my parents.” Lunael and his brothers were just some Gods of minor importance; Gleam the God of Starshine, Diell the God of Sunshine, Lunael the God of Moonshine. Therefore they weren’t concepts without body and appearance. They didn’t contain as much energy as the God in front of Lunael, so they were more human-like and had actual bodies and forms. “Surely it’s not easy to put your endless amount of energy into one human body… However, I don’t really understand WHY you need a human form…”

Lunael looked at Thea. “And let me tell you something; I’m pretty aware of this fact. I’ve spent the last three years in the Queen’s dungeon because of a mistake my brothers did…” Carefully he grasped one of the cups, holding it in both hands. The warmth which was coming from the hot liquid felt good on his skin. His hands still were slightly cold because of himself still being nervous and out of sorts after what he’d gone through. “Aaaah, this feels good~”, he hummed as his cheeks reddened lightly when he started to finally really calm down and feel more comfortable. “Oh, by the way…who are you?”, he asked Thea. Ben had seemed to like that girl, so she must be interesting and kind.

“Umm”, Lunael looked up at them, confusion in his expression. “Seriously, this sounds quite complicated. But I guess, as a merciful God who’s kind towards the humans, helping someone to live a good life instead of a dangerous life seems to be something a God should do. But…. to be honest, I don’t really get how this involves the Queen of Hearts…” The young God didn’t know about Elijah’s time in purgatory, not at all.

“I– I know that. But still…, remembering what they did…, it’s horrible. I know I’m acting like a weakling…but this Queen…she’s cruel, she’s seriously has no clue what she puts her prisoners through.” His voice was shaking. “My brothers attempted to teach her a lesson by trying to defeat her in war but I’m afraid they didn’t succeed at all.” Yet the young God didn’t know that the other God had decided to punish Q.

“You really are as merciful as everyone says”, Lunael told them, leaning closer. Now he didn’t mind it anymore to be comforted by them. They somehow reminded him in his caring mother. Oh, he hadn’t seen her for so many years. “Does that mean, you won’t ‘punish’ the Queen for her behavior?”, he asked. Actually he didn’t consider the word 'punish’ correct here but he couldn’t think of another expression to use instead.

The god smiled a little and slowly shook their head. " i guess i see why people may call me like that... " they were glad that Lunael started to be more comfortable around them. Surely because the god showed that they care about him somehow. " Punish... Depends on the definition. If i were to help one person to lead a life away from danger, is it considered a real punishment when it affects the other person? "

Hearing that word, “experiments”, Lunael turned his head away, his shoulders hanging low. He didn’t know what to say. It had been so terrible, it had hurt so indescribable much. Actually he only wanted to forget it but he knew it would be real opposite; the rest of his endless life he’ll remember those years in a dark place. Could hell be more terrible? He couldn’t imagine it. At least the Queen didn’t find what she’d been looking for. … Without even noticing it, silent tears began to role down his cheeks, as he stayed silent.

Lunael sat down next to them. “Oh I see”, he at first said, thinking about it for a moment. “But…how does it come that you decided to help me? Did my brothers ask you for help? Or was it on your own accord? And…sorry for being so curious…, what have been talking about when involving that man called Elijah?” He blushed lightly. Surely he sounded like a kid when asking so many questions. “Sorry, I’m acting like a child…”
