As long as you like doing it, keep it up. I think it may in everyone’s best interest if I was kept away from skates.

"I haven’t felt that "best years of your life" feeling yet. Hopefully, I feel that when I’m older and can really explore and just live life. But high school wasn’t too bad for me, and I sometimes do miss it, but heaven knows I never want to go back." 

I think-- it's usually older people who think that, right? So, maybe you'll catch wind of the feeling when you're, like, a grandma or something. But, until then, living life to the fullest is probably the way to go, at least I think so. Instead of looking back on high school like they were your golden ages. I'd never want to go back, either. But there's a routine to it, I guess I kinda miss that.

I'm sure I'll end up changing my mind, eventually. Oh, no, it's fine. I know a lot of people are the same. But, I've never really believed that "best years of your life" theory. Different people say that about every age.

Thanks! I didn't think so either, at all. But, it really is fun. The people are amazing. No, well, I wouldn't say I'm great but-- I'm not bad either. I'm pretty good, I think.

That’s what I keep telling myself. Really? I think I would break too many bones if I did that.

Well, good luck. Yeah, I-I have done that in the past. But, once you get better it's not so bad. You get used to the bruises.

It's always too many. But if you got through high school, you could probably get through anything, right? Oh, um-- well, I wouldn't say big. Just work, and I do roller derby, so that too.

Oh, thank you. No, not even a little bit. I don't think anyone just out of high school would. I don't think-- well, high school wasn't really my cup of tea. 

Yeah, I’m beginning to count the days until I’m finally out of college.

That’s sounds nice. I was going to say you looked a little young to be out of college already.

I'm hoping it will be! Yeah, makes sense. I'm only eighteen.

No-- well, high school. I'm taking a gap year before college.

I’m sure it will. I go back next week, and I still have to get my books and stuff. You’d think I’d know by now that I shouldn’t wait until a week before school to order them.

I hope so. Oh, that sucks. And that's pretty early. Haha, well, old habits die hard, right? But-- if you've done this before, I'm sure you'll end up fine. Again.

Oh, I see. Sometimes I wish I would’ve taken a gap year. But yeah, it’s a really stressful time for me.

I'm hoping it'll just-- make this year easier for me. That's the goal. Yeah, I'm sure. It is for everyone. When do you go back to school?

Back to school stuff is definitely annoying. Unfortunately, I quite a few years of school left.

Oh, me too. I just graduated high school-- but I'm taking a gap year before college. So I get this year off. But, I know, the end of summer is the absolute worst.

I know what it’s like to have a shit job. What do you do?

Well, I mean, it's not terrible. Just-- messy. I'm a mechanic.
