Love & Legends Season 6 is officially finished and available on Windows, Android, Mac, and Linux!

This is an unofficial recreation of Love & Legends from Lovestruck Voltage featuring unique art and GUI.

Despite the horrors of the Witch Queen's war, your bond cannot be broken and you're starting to dream of your future together: a peaceful world, marriage, maybe even children. What new powers will you need to discover to secure it, and what powers will the Witch Queen unleash to stop you?

It’s a visual novel/dating sim with seven unique routes, each with six seasons fully available (~1M+ words total). The main character is a bisexual woman from Chicago with two female and five male love interests. Alain's route is complete.

This year I decided it'd be cute to put the Love & Legends casts in some costumes.

Saerys and Iseul 100% use the opportunity just to dress hot, Altea wants to look cute, Reiner goes for the dumbest, most obvious costumes, and August is always a knight. Helena and Alain don't have many traditions and just go along with what MC tells them to wear (so also just dressing hot)

Ugh it took me so long to finish this thing🙄 There are a few things that I don’t really like abt it and would change but.. I just really wanted to post it already🫠

I found an ancient crusty quality doodle I did of Helena in one of my old flash drives, so I figured I’d post it.

Hunter by Paris Paloma is very Altea, and Helena coded to me. I've always loved how, although most of the generals are opposites to the retainers, altea and helena have always felt more like parallels. If you swapped them around from each other, i think its totally plausible that altea would end up in pretty much the exact same situation as helena did. And i lowkey wish the og game used that dynamic more when writing them interacting.

Thank you for getting me obsessed with a concept. If I made animatics, this song would be perfect for it

Helena and Altea are by far the most fascinating general-retainer pairing. They could have easily become each other if they'd just met someone else and they both know it. Helena needs to kill Altea to prove that she has no escape and Altea needs to kill Helena to prove that she never would have caved, but neither of them have the power to do it no matter how hard they try

You also get the sense that neither would be satisfied with it

It's weird trying to imagine them in their different roles, though, and WAY creepier given Altea only turned 18 as the war ended. I feel like I'd have to bump up the ages just to avoid that can of worms with her relationship to the Witch Queen. But aside from that, Altea's a lot flashier than Helena and less martial, so I feel like she'd fully lean into the evil witch aesthetic vs Helena who'd probably stick with simple robes and armour.

Helena won 45% of the vote and many people ignored the rules to put Helena as their first, second, and third character, on top of their favourite secondary character

So, to surprise no one, she won by a mile

The difference is due to more people putting Reiner as their first favourite, while Iseul and Alain were more often second or third to Helena and Altea
