The lab is dark- several monitors provide the only light, casting an ominous blue glow across the shiny, sterile surfaces.
Countless wires run to a table in the center, to where someone is strapped in. Not that he was moving, but you never know. No blood or openings this time, but he was having enough fun without. He was learning so much from his latest project.
Caiman stood at attention as the door slid open... only to relax. He knows this one. This one is allowed in.

Wesker turns to the other, the ghost of a smile as he steps away from his current project. "Welcome back, dear. I thought you had been too busy for me."
He accepts the gift, regardless. Anything from one of the few people that could make him feel something was worth his time.
Indeed, those chaos drives... those would definitely be worth his time. He'll have to ask if they could be repurposed for use in weapons. As for the chocolates...
"If you have time to stick around, perhaps we can share them." It's the closest he'll get to admitting he missed his partner. "I have a few interesting discoveries to share, as well. Some people of interest. Possibly even ones you may be intrigued by."
