This is a very bad faith and unkind take on people’s very justifiable anger and frustration towards the way that DC has and currently is treating Connor. Maybe you simply don’t know, but Connor Hawke has been severely neglected/side-lined/commodified by DC for decades. You can’t fault people for being disappointed when he makes an appearance in an absolute book (a universe that is introducing new and old fans alike to characters they never would have read comics for otherwise) only to be killed for shock value.
