This is a therapy project to materialize some of the darkness living inside of me and to reflect on it. This is an alternate solution, as getting hold of a decent therapist is apparently impossible. This is not for likes and attention. But it may as well be a cry for help that I need, but maybe/probably don't deserve.

Please be respectful and constructive. I will try to do the same. I will post about such subjects where I wasn't. But that usually means I'm beating myself up over that mistake/wrong/crime.

The most influential people in the world are deliberately destroying the lives of millions of innocent people who just want to get through their day. All to gain wealth from the work and/or misery of working people who try anything to stay financially and mentally afloat. Working class people have done everything they can to make the injustices clear, yet they either get ignored or the people who are supposed to solve them are part of the problem.

So I'll be honest.

I'll be raising a glass when I hear of the death of far-right politicians, dictators and corporate owners who fuck over workers and consumers.

Would that mean I would do it myself?

No. I'm a coward. I'm no Luigi Mangione.

Someone told me it's my "good conscience" knowing that my deathwish for others is a bad thing so that I would never be able to go through with it.

Yet it enrages me every single day how people in power tell people with a straight face how they are going to fuck them over and how we're supposed to be "respectful" to these monsters and their decisions. How they demonise socially weaker people and attack them when they are being held accountable.

Working class people have done everything they can to make the injustices clear, yet they either get ignored or the people who are supposed to solve them are part of the problem.

Yet it enrages me every single day how people in power tell people with a straight face how they are going to fuck them over and how we're supposed to be "respectful" to these monsters and their decisions. How they demonise socially weaker people and attack them when they are being held accountable.

The following are the limits for the next European championships and next to it the limits Belgian athletics sets for their senior (sen) athletes.

All of those limits given by the Belgian federation are higher or sharper than what the championship standards are.

For Belgium

A fucking dot on the map with a grand total of 11 million people where the number of athletes is but a fraction of soccer players.

Many tears have been shed and words of frustration have been spoken of athletes who have performed the demanded international limits, yet aren't allowed to compete. Even with the limit of Belgian athletes allowed to compete, most of these spots aren't taken even with the lesser European limits.

Belgian athletics have come up with a plethora of weak excuses to justify shutting the door for these talented athletes who dream to perform at the highest level. From "preventing crushing disappointment in young athletes" to "We already give them chances in different international meetings".

But everyone knows why Belgian athletics really want to throw away the chances for their international athletes to perform at the highest level. Money. The story of Nafi Thiam is the best example of it all.

For the people who don't know anything about athletics, Nafi Thiam is a world class performer at the heptathlon with several world and olympic victories to her name. And the federation has treated her like absolute fucking garbage every step of the way. And all because of a shitty championship contract prioritising the sponsor contracts of the federation over any other sponsors of the athletes or they would be immediately retracted from the team, even if it were in a situation she couldn't do anything about. Belgian athletics had actively tried to prevent Nafi from entering her previous championship. But when Nafi was able to participate after a long battle, the federation fucked her over in so many ways for her preparation that she mentally caved in during the competition.

Those contracts only count on those high profile championships and they earn these athletes practically nothing for the time, dedication and money they invest for their sports. The contracts for the current top athletes that are given by the federations are minimum wage and only handed to people who had to achieve a ridiculously high qualification, like being final 8 during a world meeting. And the private sponsors don't tend to give that much more either since athletics isn't so much a visible sport.

However, just like you'd expect, the answer was very underwhelming as their answer is "discuss it with HR".

The problem?

1) The suspicion that HR is allowing this to happen. And when you're personally trying to find these things out, you know you're getting fired over this.

2) The managing of these social insurance funds is all in blind trust with what your HR provides. There are no safety protocols to see if it's all going by the book or someone that looks into the information and questions if some of the decisions are made with written consent of the employee

Autism is being more recognised than a few decades ago, even still giving the diagnoses to adults who had to struggle with this disorder without knowing it. And there are a lot more that still go through life undiagnosed.

What it means is that these people usually need more time or need a different approach to accomplish the same goals as a neurotypical person. They may be slower in their cognitive abilities, be more sensetive to overstimulation or even have physical limitations like dyspraxia. But by no means these people are retarded. And that's where the problems originate from for most people with autism.

Many of their challenges are seen as an excuse. The only reason someone with autism is ever seen as a person not fit for work is when they fail at basic intelligence or can't communicate well. Which only ever applies in the most extreme cases that are closer related to people with down syndrome (and even then). But that is not how autism affects the majority of these people.

Yet this is the standard that society set for someone to be seen to not be able to work for their earn. They see them as just another worker that needs to be treated like any other worker, worked to the bone on tasks and deadlines they can't accomplish on time most of the time with them getting fired for "being too slow". These people are told they're to work like any other neurotypical while they can't. Even with the diagnosis known to employers, they want you to work like a machine on overtime or you get chewed out and/or fired.

- A family

- Buy a house

- Buy a car

- Go on a 2 week holiday

- Buy whatever groceries you wanted

to a time where 2 fulltime working people could barely afford:

- A small apartment

- Either can never go on holiday or own a car

- Can only afford store brands for groceries

And with certain governments trying to bring back child labour, it's no exaggeration to say we are returning to the times of the industrial revolution. A time of working poor people and unchecked greedy elites. All of the benefits unions have fought for are slowly but surely taken away again for rich people who are allowed to fill their greedy pockets by receiving it from a corrupt government. Board members, ceo's and multinational companies are raking in record profits while doing everything to block worker wages, dodge taxes and receiving more free money from the government. Meanwhile, working people see their purchasing capabilities drop, their benefits cut, their pensions lowered even with more worked years and an ever growing inflation that raises all costs with every (fake) excuse they can imagine.

From personal experiences and people close to me, I must once again shatter the tiny bit of hope for anyone being abused by toxic employers or/and people who have unrightfully gotten fired. Because this is once again one of those instances where they say you need to go there to help you if your employer is fucking you over, but once there they do nothing....if you can even get an appointment.

Employers can force people to work with no air-conditioning and no breaks for drinks during a record heatwave. But that's too much work for lazy union workers who shut down their air-conditioned offices on a warmer than usual fucking day. If not for something as stupid as that, they'll usually find another lazy excuse to cancel your appointment and then completely ghost you.

All of these are very deliberate politcal choices. Choices to destroy the lives of people who don't earn a million€/$ every year. Choices to destroy the lives who can't find their way into the job market. Choices to destroy the lives of people who are mentally handicapped and don't know how to adept to this neurotypical society. Choices to destroy working poor people who barely have anything left after rent/loan, bills and taxes, then still need to scrape what's left to get food on the table that also continuously gets more expensive.

The current people in power can no less be described as pure evil. It boils my blood that working- and disabled people get fucked over by the system on a daily basis. On top of that, you see these people in power openly taking steps to make life even fucking worse for who're already suffering.

I'm legitimately asking this:

How long before we start killing our politicians and stock market board members?

We have tried the humane empathic route for too long and it's still not working. We're begging employers for more time with our families, but they want you to give up your personal life to be a slave for the company. We went on countless strikes to demand better working conditions for workers, but the politicians ignore our call and double down. People in public services and healthcare are begging for more funding from the state, but they rather tighten the belt on these incredibly important jobs to give more presents to their ceo friends in the stock market.

Let's put that joke into context. Several years ago there was a massive social media hype about gluten-free diets as some new healthier way of eating. The hype took off and it was massively shared and practiced for a while until the new hype came along. And of course every boomer and anyone not into health guru bullshit were and still are making jokes about these people.

But this hype was almost a gift from heaven to people who actually had a gluten intolerance. Because of this hype, new products were introduced to meet the needs of these people. Entire catalogues of new gluten free products were suddenly released by stores to meet the demands of not only the hype, but the people who were in desperate need of this too.

But as the hype has ended, so does the provision of these gluten free products. The gluten-free isles and the many products it had are slowly fading out again. It has become more difficult again for someone with gluten intolerance to find these products.

And as these people are starting to see their options be diminished once more, we see cynical apathetic morons ridiculing these people. Telling them they should "just eat like the rest" while they CAN'T.

This call for bootcamps comes from a so called "socialist" that ditched the name "socialist" in their party name and has no backing from the socialist unions. This party (Vooruit) is about as "socialist" as Adolf Hitler was in the 1930's as they are actively destroying worker rights alongside our ever so corrupt NVA and MR.

But let us focus on the actual matter. The increase of vandalism during big gatherings. Because this is a real problem Belgium has been dealing with for years. Whenever there's a strike, a celebrity meet-up or even new year celebrations there are always a lot of thugs who mingle in the crowd to cause damages to everything and everyone. Is it just a bunch of youths who really don't have anything better to do? Were they paid by drug couriers to cause a distraction to distract the police? Whatever the reason, gatherings in Antwerp and Brussels are known to be dangerous these times.

What is currently being done about this? Frankly, way too little. If you're ever to be caught for vandalism, it would have to be happening right in front of a cop for them to be actually taken away. Even if you have solid evidence a specific person has done a crime in this country it's no guarantee the crook will be detained, if anything they're immediately released again. And that's 95% the case when dealing with criminal minors who straight up laugh in your face if you dare suggest for them to take any accountability.

Why the call for a military bootcamp? According to our wannabe sergeant it is the place where people will learn discipline and be put through the wringer if they dare step out of line. And they think that after putting them through disciplinary hell they'll all be sweet little boys who'll help grannies walk the street.

Let's burst that bubble immediately. How will one form of toxic criminal masculinity be bent straight from another form of toxic masculinity ?

Answer: Not. This is no "fighting fire with fire" situation. If anything, this lets the situation be engulfed in an even bigger flame. You'd be adding more hatred to these youths and their broken minds.

So what must be done to set these youths straight?

1) Administer actual consequences

Many of these criminals know they can get away with their shit because the "punishments" (if ever applied) are so ridiculously laughable. Many of the current fines should be doubled at least and people who are caught are to spend at least a month in prison. Then double their consequences for each consecutive time they dare to repeat this. Yes, this would mean more prisons. But that's been a necessity for over 25 years that our corrupt government has always tried to avoid.

2) Reform prison reform

In our current system, prisoner reform just doesn't exist. There is no psychological trajectory for criminals to learn from and process their mistakes. It's just a bunch of hateful broken souls put together to survive the other prisoners around them, which is usually by radicalising themselves like the ones that run the joint and coming out worse than when they came in. A mandatory psychological trajectory is a MUST if we want to prevent these people from spiraling down any further.

This during a time where people are getting flex jobs to get by because companies don't pay a decent living wage to full time working employees. This during a time when burn out drop outs are on the rise because of rising flexibility, work pressure and stress for getting through the month.

These privileged narcissists see this as an "improvement of our work culture" while it brings back worker rights to the industrial era.

To make a quick summary of some of the people who left/are leaving:

- One of the better cashiers got kicked out because he wasn't "liked" by one of the higher ups.

- Assigned manager for the cashiers , once again, was let go within a year. Currently there isn't anyone else taking up the position, so the store manager had to help out.

- A worker that worked there for 5 years got fired after getting a doctor's note to do adjusted work that they don't want to provide.

- During a project where young children (10-12 years old) were asked to help in the store, Nathalie abused the "opportunity" to unload a truck (which is against the rules that were agreed on with the school and is basically dangerous child labour) because she barely planned enough workers that day.

- The worker that somehow was able to keep order in the tiny freezer got unrightfully fired after he took a week off, unpaid, to take care of a dying relative. When he initially asked for this to the store manager, he received an ok. Nathalie Van Ende got wind of it and immediately fired him. When it was mentioned, she replied with: "I don't care if it's your parents, grandparents or your dog. I have a business to run." (A more concrete quote for the multinational family bullshit where the company takes priority over actual family)

- Another hard working cashier received word about a death of close family. Once again Nathalie refused to give them their time off. He's now at home with a burn-out. And when she was harassing him to come work again, she got an earfull from that worker. So I doubt he'll be with us for much longer.

- Meanwhile, the store manager had been tasked with so much work, and was trying his damnedest to clean up Nathalie's shit, fell out with a heavy case of burn out. Knowing that bitch at this point, she probably wants to get rid of him as well.

- After all of that, one of the workers that's been there for 6 years is leaving the company. In his own words he felt he had been there a year too long and was sick of more often dropping out because of work related injuries due to the high pressure. When he send his letter of resignation, Nathalie wasn't batting an eye. She even immediately went to the guy's girlfriend who works there to hear when she's going to leave to. Completely unbothered.

All of this happened within 2 months. This crazy bitch is completely unhinged. It's almost like she doesn't want any personel at all. And the few people she does keep around are all drowning in work. Nothing gets done. Sometimes there's nobody capable around to do the late shift work. Sunday and holiday work is now all day long with no extra payments and well understaffed.

Cyclist, now more speedy and dangerous with the electric bikes, and e-steps have known a massive boom over the past few years. With that comes a bunch of idiots who either don't know how to handle their pair of wheels or pay more attention to their phone than the road. Their stupidity and distraction have led multiple times to accidents with injuries.

But despite these people and accidents being on the rise, it still doesn't compare to these same kinds of idiots inside a ton of steel boosted by an engine. When it comes to mortality rates, accidents with a car involved still take the gold with no contest.

People had mixed reactions on this news. A lot of words of compassion towards the families and friends of the victim. Others are less forgiving because they were doing something illegal.

Even the mayor asked to be respectful about this incident....wait...the mayor? Since when does he get involved in these things? Turns out the deceased was the son of a local wealthy person with a hotel group. It's selective "solidarity" and "empathy" because of status. If our dead boy was poor with foreign origins, that hypocrite of a mayor would've kept the rage going to push for heavier asylum policies with his political party.

What do I think about this? Play stupid games, win stupid prices. It doesn't matter what age, gender, sexuality, skin colour or fairytale you believe. These people were smart enough to know that what they were going to do was illegal and potentially dangerous and decided to go through with it. We were lucky it was just these egocentric kick-seeking morons getting hurt and killed themselves. They could've just as easily dragged other innocent people into their "fun" and they wouldn't have cared any less.

The current prime minister is the head of a far-right party called NVA (Nieuw Vlaamse Alliantie) who has openly been racist, targeted journalism and openly announced he's going to destroy social security for everyone. Yet still a vast number of people think he's the best PM Belgium ever had.

Why do people like him? He has a good pr campaign. He occasionally appears on entertainment shows to be this cynical yet funny character who has dad jokes for weeks. And credit where credit is due, even though he is selling people their own poverty, he is a strong person to have against you in a debate. It's sometimes only when reading between the lines that you can catch what he actually means. And even when he's caught he has a way to turn a debate his way. Unlike the rest of his party and his idol, Donald Trump, Bart De Wever is a calculated danger to democracy.

In the past 20 years, his party has firmly settled itself within the government. They've been leading the Flemish government for several legislations. And previously they had already made a coalition with the Walloon liberal party MR (Mouvement Réformateur) with Charles Michelle as prime minister back then. During that time, they increased Belgium's national debt with an outpour of grants and taxcuts to multinationals that is estemated to be 50 billion Euros every year to this day.

The difference back then was that Charles was smart enough to keep his mouth shut on how he wanted to make multinationals richer by stealing from the people. The current leader of MR, George Louis Bouchez, is an unhinged loudmouth that also openly wished to get rid of all employee safetynets and corporate regulations.

And they are getting what they want. All in accordance to the wishes of a group of pompous capitalist lobbyists like VOKA (Vlaams netwerk voor Ondernemingen). All things we see in the political campaigns of these parties that are attacks on long term debilitated people, social security on sick people, and the pay and pensions of working people are supported and backed by these terrorist lobbyists.

And just like Trump, these players all have connections to the media. While the far-right still claims mainstream media is a "socialist bastion", the truth couldn't be further from that claim. The board of VRT is mostly controlled by both NVA en Vlaams Belang, the 2 most far-right parties in Flanders. DPG media boss and board are very tight friends with NVA politicians, even giving money to promote false journalism to push their agenda. Private journalists that actually do their research have made this connection multiple times and have been threatened because of these revelations.
