During intermittent fasting, I have found that supplements such as Glucomannan and Berberine are extremely helpful in controlling food noise. This, in addition to black coffee, green tea, herbal tea, and water. *Zero calories.
If youβve never taken Glucomannan, start low. Itβs like taking psyllium husk. Your body has to adjust or youβll have cramps and killer gas.
