she’s somewhat sad that the weather’s changing, the days getting shorter and the winds just that little bit more biting. as much as she loves autumn, and halloween, and the excitement leading up to christmas, she can’t help but miss the long days and bright sun of the summer months. having grown up in england she didn’t get too much of the sun, so living in south korea now, where the summer’s are long and hot makes her really appreciate it. 

it’s definitely cafe weather now, she thinks to herself as she walks along beside yuto, who she’d met up with to go and have a chat and a coffee in this pleasant little place she’d found only a few weeks back. she’d been meaning to visit it again, but hadn’t had the chance until now. it’s much better bringing a friend along to try out nice new cafes anyway. “oh, there it is!” she exclaims with a smile, pointing out the cafe ahead of them. “i’m desperate to get my hands on a nice big cappuccino- oh, or a hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows! or is that too wintery? or since halloween is coming up do you think they have anything pumpkin flavoured?” she rambles, as she hurries her footsteps in the direction of the cafe.

yeojin realises the summer’s coming to an end as she exits the school building and a gust of cool wind blows past her, whipping her pigtails across her face. she barely realises, though, brushing the hair off her face almost on autopilot. her eyes flit across the groups of people wandering out of the gate in front of the school, searching for a familiar face she’d been looking forward to seeing all day. every single time she plans to meet pj she spends the hours up to seeing him thinking about nothing but seeing him. 

her hands are already growing a little clammy with the mere thought of seeing him. she wonders why, after years of having this bothersome crush, she’s gotten no more used to his affects on her. she’s always dealing with the butterflies in his chest, the lump in he throat, the blush on her cheeks and the clammy palms. even with all that, she never says no to spending time with him, in fact she’d spend every hour of every day with him if she could. 

it’s ridiculous really, clinging to these feelings and not simply shoving them away and trying to forget about them–there’s no way someone as handsome, interesting and smart as pj would ever like yeojin back. he’s too good for her, and the best she can expect to get is his friendship. she’s not about to jeopardise that over her silly crush. 

hellooooo! it’s nine back again with my third muse, finally! i’ve been eagerly awaiting the day i could bring yeojin, and that day has arrived 🥳 yeojin (or bee if you know her from online or back when she lived in london) is a 17 yr old high school student and twitch streamer. she streams herselfplaying all kinds of video games from fortnite and overwatch, to stardew valley and animal crossing. she’s been streaming since 2018 and has amassed a sizeable following so considers it her job, even though she mostly does it for fun. she’s a very playful, lively and loud girl but she’s pretty quiet when meeting new people thanks to her being quite self-conscious. once she knows someone, though, she’ll never stop talking! you can find her profile here, past here, and some unfinished plots here.
