I like my usuk with a slightly... cannibalistic flavor. Not actual cannibalism (... unlessss???), but with America having this kind of voracious need to surround and engulf England. It's kind of a reversal of their original relationship, but also kind of a return to that point where they were more connected, where America was a part of England. He misses that so bad. Subconsciously the goal seems to be to absorb England and it manifests in the way America loves him with his mouth and his hands more than anything else. It's such an instinctual, compulsive thing that he's often quite heedless of where they are or what they're doing. Since it feels quite similar to the harmlessly possessive behavior America exhibited as a little colony, England is usually very indulgent of it--only sometimes flustered or irritated by it, but to anyone paying attention, it can be rather unsettling... although no one would dare try and stop America.
