kitlin / kitty + colin ritman headcanons ♡ (repost w/ sum minor tweaks)

— they met in secondary school (specifically year 9/8th grade for the abnormal) via mutual friends and crushed over each other for way too long before getting together in year 13 (after both decided to a-levels).

— colin was actually pretty terrified of kitty, still kind of is.

— how did they get together? well, kitty invited their friendgroup to her house, stole her dads alcohol and after everyone but colin had left, the two of them ended up making out. the morning after at school, colin (still a nervous wreck at the time) asked her if she liked him or that was just a one time thing and she ended up confessing right there.

— their date nights include doing cocaine together while listening to edgar froese

— kitty is an artist and colin likes to spoils her with the most lavish art supplies he can find. hell, he spoils her with the most lavish stuff he can find, period, no matter what is.

— already established that colin was not allowed anywhere near pearl's naming process, but if they ever had a second child, colin would spend the months begging kitty to let him name it. she said no everytime but gave in eventually. (her name is lsdina ritman 🥹❤️)

— after arguments ; colin is the first to apologise surprisingly.. and he does it too much. kitty doesn't know whether he's just like that or it's some manipulation tactic sometimes. (its both)

— colin would never ever ever lay a finger on kitty, and whenever he thinks about hurting her against his will, he spends the next 30 minutes completely hating himself (<- beaming my ocd and intrusive thoughts onto him <3)

— kitty prefers verbal affection, colin prefers physical (and gift giving but like only towards her #kittyprivilege)

— due to being like zero vitamin d, colin gets sick a lot, like a lot a lot. kitty is a bit overcaring and colin likes to take some advantage of this by exaggerating his symptoms. i hate him so much

— kitty kinda misses when colin was overly sensitive and a massive scaredy cat. of course she's glad he's grown a spine but she liked when he was the human equivalent of a deer in headlights too.

— they both have extreme parental issues and thats one of the ways they bond ❤️ colin is a bit more dependant on kitty because of them but he tries to act like thats not the case.

— after The Horrors of Dec 1994™, kitty refused to leave colin's side no matter what even while some people were telling her not to. colin was just gonna completely dissapear alone, but kitty convinced him to let her and pearl come with him. probably a bad idea but she refuses to leave colin alone especially after what he's been through.
