it’s 4am but i just thought of an outlaws-esque team that would singlehandedly destroy the dc universe in like 3 issues:
hal jordan, john constantine and edward nygma
in the middle of a board meeting bruce wayne gets an unspecified sense of dread, he doesn’t know why he feels this way but he knows hal is up to some fuckshit
meanwhile in a hell dimension far away eddie is berating john and hal’s intelligence for the 500th time, hal is obnoxiously sipping his slurpee and flirting with every demon they come across and john is highkey considering leaving them both in hell (or at least using a gagging spell for the foreseeable future)
#also known as the ‘we hate batman’ club john doesn’t hate batman he wants to date batman
perhaps some source of tension and drama amongst this team. eddie and hal being like “fuck batman” expecting john to agree but he just shrugs like “i’m trying mate”
they’re hypocrites tho bcos hal will flirt with anything that is sentient and eddie lies seductively on tables at any given opportunity so they’re all just as bad as each other
basically the dynamic of the team
eddie: smart but does dumbass shit sometimes
john: dumbass but does smart shit sometimes
hal: doesn’t know a fucking thing my guy
