Hello, yeah! i post here occasionally, whenever i feel like it and remember to lol. I haven't posted any new gorillaz art on twitter in a whiiiiiiiiile either, i just checked and my last was like december 2025?

the truth is pretty simple, i'm busy with university and i'm also interested in other stuff, and it's harder to come up with ideas if i'm not completely obsessed with it. i'm using this ask as an opportunity to talk abt it since i can't bring myself to on twitter or anywhere

i also don't want to say that this is the main reason, but i've had.... experiences with my place in the gorillaz community and stepped back for a bit. like it's not even that huge of a deal but i have like 40k followers combined from my socials and it got a bit overwhelming, especially since most ppl kind of know me? like, it's very intense and i'm just some person, i dont even think of myself as a huge influence

but yes. the fact that the community is overwhelming, and also my own lack of inspiration is making me post a bit less, not just here, but on twitter too. i still like gorillaz, i just need time

i'm currently obsessed with fear & hunger and (regrettably) a specific character in genshin, so i'll focus on drawing what i like
