out of order

This afternoon we skipped naps and went to SFO to visit Toby on his layover. He spent the last week in England for his mum’s funeral. He flew back to SF for three hours and then off to SLC then Idaho Falls for five days. Don’t know how he does it. Sometimes I wish we could just manage living in a tiny cheap place on rice and beans so he doesn’t have to work so much :(

remember when I had hair? so glad this is not me right now, it is so freaking hot. I am sitting with an ice pack between my back and the couch, kind of like a cat overheating at the shelter. I am growing my hair out though but will be in breezy Bristol by the time my mane returns to its former glory. 

Arts in Idaho

Been out and about all day (6 hours). Wearing baby and pushing giant toddler and load of stuff. We started at one side of town to get sunblock from Walmart then had Starbucks sandwiches with Toby, roamed around the "historic" downtown and ended the day by hitting a thrift store pretty hard. Pre-gymnastics pedi. I haven't worn nail polish for at least 5 years since it's an easily avoided toxic experience. but what the heck, once and a while won't kill us.
