𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐌𝐎𝐍  𝐁𝐋𝐃𝐆  is  located  in  soho  ,  new  york  city  and  is  a  small  six  -  story  building  with  a  fair  rental  price  ,  focused  on  young  adults  .  ms  .  fairmon  ,  the  owner  of  the  building  and  the  landlady  ,  is  a  wealthy  woman  who  inherited  the  building  from  her  parents  ,  a  couple  that  was  once  big  in  the  real  estate  industry  in  nyc  .  as  ms  .  fairmon  has  no  interest  in  earning  more  money  yes  she  is  already  rich  enough  ,  she  decided  to  put  the  units  for  rent  with  a  friendly  ,  very  attractive  price  ,  in  order  to  help  struggling  tenants  .  

the  group  is  an  appless  ,  small  discord  roleplay  revolving  around  the  tenants  of  the  fairmon  building  and  their  lives  .
