R: "He used to yell like that." Riley murmured, not looking at Davis.

As he opened the door and stepped inside, he heard something break and then he heard Davis yelling. Riley froze in his tracks as the yelling got louder and he frowned, not liking what he was hearing at all. Memories started flooding his mind and he wanted so badly to move, to say something, to hide, but he couldn't make his legs move.

Davis raised his eyebrow as Davis ran away. “Is he gonna be okay?” He asked Brooke. “Oh yeah. He’ll be fine. It’s all very new for him.” She shrugged. “As long as you don’t hurt him, he’ll be just fine.” She said. “I don’t plan on hurting him. I kinda love him too.”
