bdf au that i talked extensively about with pulse last night at around 2-3 am but in a, post that hopefully makes more sense fhdsj. it’s mostly centered around azure kite and aura than anything else tho

azure kite is a 'corrupt'  yorha android that was modified by aura. his original name and type are unknown, but he's often referred to as 'K1'.

aura's mods weren’t entirely successful and were hurried, resulting in azure kite being unable to talk + some of his systems not working properly.

he’s an older ‘defect’ model, like A2.

no one is able to find out where he resides.

hostile at first contact, will always be wary as well.

was a battle/attack model, originally. instead of wielding one sword, a lance or gauntlets, he wields two medium-sized blades.

in relation to being an old model with physical defects, he has to often fix himself.

the truth about aura is mostly unknown. it is hinted she’s an android much like devola and popola.

azure kite is known for coming out only at night. his trademark being his eerily glowing eyes and blue ‘flames’.

his clothing is tattered and clumsily stitched back together.

avoids all other yorha units unless threatened. it is advised to stay out of his way, as he is a unit that was made to do nothing but kill.

passive about machines, only goes after corrupt ones (like he goes after AIDA in //G.U.

fast, real fast, it’s tough to keep your eyes on him.

“Oh, it doesn’t mean that you’re cold.” What was – how could he describe what such a thing meant. Pondering, thinking, curious.

It was a bit of a curiosity not to understand, in general.

“Of interest, I like what you look like. So on and so forth.”  What else, what else?

– Ah! “You’re dark and fascinating, I think.”

   Fascinating -  he didn’t really like that word much ( possibly because it was always the weird people that kept bothering him using that exact word ). In response to the other’s answer, Azure Kite let’s out a hoarse-sounding hum, which closely resembled a soft growl.

    Really, it was too odd to suddenly be complimented for looking scary by someone who wasn’t doing it out of some sort of pity.

A physical grasp, but even with the firm hand on his jaw, he could only keep smiling. Cheeks were soft, squished, round. Cool, cool, sharp teeth, and cool, cool that expression.

A growl, a growl, was the other angry? The other was angry, right?

“What is it?” The sparkling eyed child reached a hand up to his own chin, fingertips brushing across with a gracefulness.

“Do you dislike being called ‘cool’?”

  No, it wasn’t dislike ( was it? ), it felt more like.. the strangeness of not knowing. He didn’t understand why the other wasn’t scared - why he looked up at him with awe instead of the fear he was used to. Why, why, why? He didn’t like not knowing, he was made to learn, to know more and more and more!

  In fact, Azure Kite probably short-circuited for a solid minute. Aura taught him nothing of real people, and never could now that she was long gone.

   What the oddest to him was, though, was the whole ‘cool’ thing. It was true he didn’t have a set temperature, but he wasn’t cold, either. In fact, his hands were the warmest parts of his body.

Ah, so he was probably trying to scare him. Unfortunately for the other, the disturbing and dark had quite the opposite effect on the purple haired card wielding child.

Eyes began to glitter as he was gazed at more closely. Sharp teeth, dark expression, how cool…

He stared with a small, agape mouth, hands to his face and having gone from frustration to glee.

“… Now that I see you more closely, you’re kind of cool-looking, huh?”  A smile tugged at his face. “I suppose I should be alright with this kind of destiny, too.”

   Woah, woah, woah, wait - rewind. Cool-looking? Glee? That’s not the reaction Azure Kite was expecting or wanting. In fact, everyone else would’ve tried to run away screaming by now. Struck by confusion, he remains still, mouth slightly agape in mild shock as he looks the boy over more properly now.

   Finally no longer pressing his finger against the other’s forehead, Azure Kite instead opts for grabbing his lower jaw to examine his face, his touch in no way gentle ( but not too harsh to hurt ). Ah, he truly is confused about this strange child - first, he was fairly rude, and now his eyes are filled with glee and joy.

Rude, for sure. Gaito was annoyed and he was being just a bit rude. No, very rude. It was incredibly mean of him to shove the taller.

A finger pressed against his forehead – ah. Don’t do that “… Sorry, but. Do you mind moving over just a bit? Can you move your hand?”

 “Again, I’m really sorry. I’m in a bad mood and I want to go that way.”  Anyway, he hadn’t even looked at the other yet. Come on! He didn’t care, he just wanted to go that way!

    Azure Kite couldn’t care less about the other’s bad mood nor apology ( especially since he was feeling, what was the word, spiteful? himself ). So as the possibly only verbal reply he’ll give, he gives a hoarse “No.” as an answer. If the kid wanted to have him out of the way so badly, he’d have to do it by force.

   With the tip of his index finger still against the boy’s forehead, Azure Kite crouches down to - somewhat - eyelevel, looking him right in the eye. Maybe scaring him a little would be fun? So, with his free hand, he tugs down his collar a slight - showing those sharp teeth of his as his eyes suddenly seem to just barely glow.

  To be truthful, Azure Kite was used to being either ignored or stared at like he was something creepy and disturbing - no one dared to come close to him. At least, not until today, somehow. The sudden shove at his ( lower ) back startled him immensely, even letting out a barely lasting shout of momentary distress.

  The fact that he was actually standing on the ground with both feet instead of floating didn’t help either - in fact, Azure Kite had to regain his balance after the shove had happened.
