sweet because being a nice person to others is an actual belief of mine that will make u gain and achieve things when you will least expect. politeness and kindness are values that will always stand out, i am not saying to be a holy Mary and take shit from everyone just for the sake of it. but why would you rather be a person who passes like any other, when you could be the person who helped with an action, a word ou simply a smile. it warms your heart too. is already a fucked up world, do not be an extra reason.

skinny because everything is fucking better when you are. you are gonna live with your body for a long time(do not even think about suicide jokes i see you ok), so do not waste it in living hating it and being unconfortamble. your body is how you present to the world, when they see fatness, acne, sedentary, all they can tell is that you are a fucking pig without control. and who can trust somebody who can not control theirself when it comes to food? food is nutrition, is mainteinance and you will be perfectly fine without sugar, empty carbs, grease etc. it is gonna be so fucking hard in the beggining, because this foods are addictive and they bring comfort. but it is gonna last 5 minutes and your self hate 5 months, 5 years... AND WORK OUT, laziness is a fat person characteristic. highly recommend the gym but i know not everybody can afford it, so do it in your home, dance, run, just do something!!

smart because being nice and skinny are great, yes, but do you wanna be a functional analphabet? who can not keep a conversation for more than 3 minutes about anything? literature, politics, science, art, history, the news, even a reference about a movie or something. because you stay in your bed all day just scrolling through social media and frying your brain. go study and stay educated. life is so much harder when you do not have a diploma, do for yourself because nobody is going to do it for you.
