cravings are POWERFUL. while its easy to say, "just dont eat it"- it can be much more difficult in reality. cravings are biological AND mental, and you have to be prepared for them. when youre craving- remind yourself that this will pass. do not beat yourself up for having cravings. youre not pathetic for wanting cake, but you cant let yourself give in either. the minor dopamine rush youll get from giving in will be NOTHING compared to the joy of being thin. take a deep breath, drink some water, look at tumblr and look in the mirror. do not give in. do not give in.
