A DYAD IN THE FORCE

Thanks to all the new followers lately. I haven't been very inspired to make gifs and graphics. Its a drain to be in this fandom. I miss the days of being able to enjoy movies and ships without discourse being so prevalent. I'll never shy from liking Reylo, but strangers on the internet deciding they know everything us about based on our fictional preferences, despite having never met us, doesn't feel great. The mocking and the judgment continues on even though the movies are over. I'm trying to find a peaceful place to blog, but like I said, I'm lacking inspiration.

I haven't had time to do edits like I prefer but I'm thinking of getting on twitter, can do simple edits/moodbards and share fic ideas.

Prompt: Modern AU. Already established relationship. Rey and Ben are agents. Rey is undercover, has to seduce a corrupt CEO. Said CEO is a woman. Ben is on coms back at HQ. He shouldn't be jealous, she's doing her job, but he is. If only he could stop making Rey laugh with his jealousy--come on, Ben! she's got a job to do! Its not realistic, its just fluff and jealous!Ben.

When someone says Kylo Ren/Ben Solo wasn't supposed to be important in the trilogy, then why did they make him the son and nephew of legacies who are the OG's of the whole saga?

I’ve been thinking about that (ugh) trope where guy breaks up with girl to protect her and then there’s Ben Solo who appreciates that the love of his life can take care of herself. Push her away to protect her? Ben Solo thinks that antiquated. Instead he offers her a higher position of power to be in charge.
