There's a small little mech near by. He's searching for someone.

Megatron immediately spots the mech walking around. He appears to be lost. The rebel decides to walk closer and kneel before him.

“Hello, friend.” Megatron smiles brightly to him. “Do you need help with something?”

Looking up, and up, and up, Rewind felt fear. He hated large bulky mechs like this. Overlord had been giant. This mech was giant. Terror filled him as he tried to back up afraid. Where was Soundwave?!

“Wait.” Megatron spoke as softly as he could, raising his servo. “I don’t want to hurt you.”

Servo’s reached up and grabbed at his own throat as if to protect the already damaged spot. At least it had been repaired and was healing, he didn’t want to have to ask Soundwave to fix it again!

He couldn’t trust the mech before him to be telling the truth. Red optics, decepticon. Who knew what would really happen!

Megatron felt his spark sinking. Again. Once it was happening. Once again he scared someone without even starting a proper conversation.

One of these days, altenates. One of these days.

The rebel made a small step back, raising his servos in the air. “I mean no harm to you. I’m not a tyrant.”

It had nothing to do with the mech being megatron. But everything to do with Overload. The large frame, the red optics, even the original smile. Overlord had smiled the entire time he worked on murdering everyone on the ship. In a corner he keened softly, unable to talk and having not made a com connection with the mech he failed to communicate himself.

Megatron’s expression saddened. It hurt so much seeing bots react to him this way. Just… why? What did he do to see them in so much pain because of him? It was horrible, however the Decepticon however wasn’t going to give up.

After a few seconds, Megatron created a small groundbridge and pulled out a big fluffy blanket like material out of it. He placed it in front of himself and gently pushed it towards the mech, stepping back to make sure the other was feeling safer.

“Here. I heard it helps overcoming fears.”

Rewind pulled out a datapad and wrote on it before chucking it at the large mech. He didn’t move to the blanket. Not yet.
