It’s kind of a complaint but not at the same time: in my country a movie ticket it’s 4.75 and 4D it’s 8 with cents, so seeing you and revenge talking that 28 dolar was just for one person it’s shocking for me

I just bought tickets to see paw patrol and the kids tickets were $19 and the adult was $22.

That’s literally just standard format.

I feel bad for teens trying to go on a movie date with their boo. Literally all me and my hs boyfriend did cause it was inexpensive.

I think we underestimate how much timing matters in relationships.

Maybe they stay together and end up breaking up over something a bit more serious a year or two later. There’s a world where they needed that space to grow individually and realize the grass ain’t always greener on the other side.

If I'm Darnell in this scenario, I am absolutely doing the same as Revenge with the added caveat of at some pushing that they have to become at least cordial because they did/do work together. Playing love interests no less. I don't think that's an aspect of that conversation that could be ignored.

do you have any regret giving or not giving advice to someone about their relationship?

I really think I’m mostly “right” about my folks relationships (Doesn’t take a genius. You have the privilege of judging as an outsider not caught in feelings) but something Mr Revenge taught me a long time ago is that in those moments me being right is the thing that matters the least.

I already had a rule to never give unsolicited relationship advice but over time I learned to also withhold judgment way more. I learned to fall back, listen, and just be there for my people.
