Lady tries to return a $450.00 product bought another store, due to it not working but they didn’t have another in stock, but we did. Does she have the card used and/or the original receipt? Not a chance! But assures a call was made from original store to the other store that never happened.
Says she’s a lawyer and needs the product the next morning. Argued that she then needed it on store credit if not to the card used (supposedly her daughter’s card). Well without receipt or original card, store credit would give her only 1/2 she originally paid. Which wasn’t sufficient.
She learned to better manners and keep receipts, even if it’s email. Because she left with the non working product to go back to the original store to figure out the return.
Not that anyone didn’t understand, just nothing substantial from customer to assist with her nonsense.
Apparently she had the extra warranty that could have helped her better.
