Blaze and AJ have always had adventures with many, many monster machines. But all of them seem to be guided by some audience.

All of them were dependent on an audience.

Blaze's Blazing Speed, AJ's visor functions, both of their crafting powers... it was all dependent on them.

And without them, the two would feel useless.

But one day...

Blaze woke up in the small but nice garage in the house him and AJ resides on, feeling a bit off, like he was weaker and more tired than expected. He was sure he had enough sleep...

So what was wrong?

He drove around the block for a bit, hoping a little "run" would wake him up, but nothing. He returned back to his house, and AJ was waiting in the garage.

"Hey," AJ said, a little less cheerfully than he would usually be. "You've noticed, right?"

"You also feel a bit tired as if you didn't get enough sleep when actually you did?" Blaze spits out.

"What? No," AJ shakes his head.

"Then what else could it be-"

Then Blaze had a little theory.

Were they gone? To Blaze, that seemed a little farfetched, too crazy to believe at when they were practically with them every where they go, no matter what.

But that random energy drainage, that weakness, that little feeling of struggle... it would make sense.
