Feeling his finger slip under the hem of her dress, she tensed and kissed him more; Trying her best not to back down on this moment. Abigail was nervous, and sure he was quite handsome- But it was a complicated mixtures of tantalizing emotions at play here. Her tongue dancing with his, she explore every inch of his mouth as her nails griping his hair a bit more firmly. God was he talented, making her chest flutter from just a kiss.

[ jason pulls his lips away from hers just a hair’s breadth and a slight smirk stretches onto his face as he does so. he smirks for a second and then his fingers squeeze at her thigh, just short of grasping at he ass. he would be lying if he said that he did not want her at this point. of course he wants her at this point. and he’s quite certain that she wants the same thing from him. he just needs to make sure that she wants him as much. ]

                     X-23 was the League’s puppet. She wasn’t supposed to leave her ‘room’ without the supervision of her sensei or of KIMURA. She only could leave that place with the orders from Ra’s Al Ghul. For the first time in all her life, the killer machine was being RECKLESS, doing what was forbidden. She had cleaned the BLOOD from her face, dropped because of the training with Jason Todd, one of the newest members of the League, brought by Talia. He was strong & skilled, but not enough to beat her still. She was raised with KNIVES inside her bare hands & foots, ready to strip throats & KILL everyone that her master commanded her to do so. X-23, her identification inside the League, was nothing but a construct. A construct that now was going against her creators. There would be CONSEQUENCES if they caught her & the Todd boy. 

                    She knew that she had the knowledge that Kimura would find a way to BREAK her even more if they discovered that she defied orders. However, how was the sensation to be half free? She had never tasted that. The black haired girl was able to go out, hiding her face in a black hood on the League cave, feeling the cold breeze on her face. However, she couldn’t stay in there for much time, they had snipers & archers on the roof of the place, she just has to wait for Jason so they could go to a place where the defenses of Ra’s were WEAK. Where no one would be watching them both & just for a moment she would have the sensation of how it is to be someone that didn’t have to follow orders, that was in CONTROL of her own body & mind.  The girl’s thoughts were upon TODD, concerned about if he did or not have passed the assassins without letting them see his face. — Come on, Todd. —  In fact, she was betraying her own mind, perhaps she shouldn’t have left her room, that was a MISTAKE. 

[ slipping out of the sight from some of the most alert and skilled assassins in the world is no easy task, so jason had to be certain when he made his escape. the last thing he could afford was having a tail follow him to his secret meeting with his new friend. correction, only friend. x-23 was the only other person in this place around his age and so she was the only person who would likely understand the bullshit of living here. but just like he was the pet project of talia, she was the pet project of ra’s and they were not supposed to interact with one another. but jason has never been one for following the rules.

that’s why as soon as he got a moment to slide away from his constant guard, he did so and took off to the rendezvous point where he would meet x. the moment he got there, it was easy to see that she had beat him there. another things she had beat him at. he wasn’t surprised at this point. she seemed to be just a step ahead of him in everything so why should this be any different for him. he smiles softly and offers a wave to the girl as he approached her, his footsteps light from a lifetime of training on stealth. ]

Don´t worry. 

Caitlin almost let out a laugh at that. All she ever did was worry and even now that things had gotten out of hand she couldn´t stop. The problems might have changed, but she was still worrying. 

“Are you sure?” She then asked, glancing back at the bartender, who was watching them, and then back at the man, who had been so eager to leave just a minute ago. She picked up her glass then, taking another sip. If the bartender was going to make her stay for THAT guy not having paid his debts she might just get a little…FROSTY towards him.

‘ i’m positive. a couple of weeks ago, i saved the bar owner from getting mugged. so he told me i could drink here for free for life. no tab or anything. so don’t worry about it. ‘

[ jason wouldn’t make such a claim if he cold not back it up. he knew for a fact that she could drink the entire bottle of expensive bourbon if she wanted and not pay a single dime because it would be on his tab and his tab is literally limitless. she’s got nothing to worry about as far as the bourbon goes. he smiled softly at her and then he shook his head at her while he looked into her eyes. ]

‘ it’s yours. take it as a friendly welcome to gotham and to this bar. ‘

“And there we have it!” she exclaimed with a roll of her eyes, again, exaggerated for at least the sake of comedic effect. She did want to make sure it was realized that at least half of her part in the conversation was in jest. She had to say though, she’d heard worse propositions before. Even if the idea of the two of them going at it seemed straight out of a fanfic.

“Tell you what. I’m gonna go ahead and take that information..and do absolutely nothing with it.” Alright that was just full on teasing but she wasn’t even going to attempt to deny entertaining the notion and all. “But you were nice enough to appease me so…”

‘ i mean i figured that you wouldn’t do anything with it. as exciting as it would be for me, i doubt you could handle me. i can get a little bit wild when i have sex. rough stuff. ‘

she knew why she was more calm right now, why she was more irked than worried. it was wrong of her to even begin to think jason would be feeling that ease. it was her mother, it was someone who literally would not wipe her off the face of the earth, maybe corey exploited that too much growing up but she wasn’t oblivious here and his response made her ache and drew her closer to him. he reiterated her question of what the worst thing marley could do was….and she sunk her teeth into her tongue because her mind knew what she was capable of when it came to threats, but jason wasn’t that. 

‘it’s better i don’t answer that question. you might find the answers more interesting on another day but probably not right now.’

she smiled more softly, fingers running through his hair to fix it and then her hand was on his cheek pulling him into her lips. a tightness was welled up in her chest and her hands ran down his shirt, both touching him and soothing the fabric out at the same time before her hand slipped into his and she pulled him impossibly closer to her and found his eyes. ‘if you want the keys to my jeep i won’t judge you; i can take her.’ she smiled but she also thought she knew jason much better than to think he’d run; still she wouldn’t fault him for it. corey didn’t lose his hand in her own as she took a step back and pulled him with her towards the door, not a moment too soon because her full name rang out through the house and made her jaw clench. ‘why the fuck does the name thing work so well…’

[ even if it was only a joke, he seriously considered her offer for a few seconds because he really did want to get out of here. but he’s not the kind of person to abandon someone he care about in a moment of turmoil and he’s not about to change that now. he’s got no intentions of leaving her hanging, so instead of accepting her offer, he shakes his head at her from side to side and then he offers a sweet smile to the woman he had just been caught red handed with. there was no one that he would rather be caught with and there is no one that he’d rather go to war with, even though he felt the next battle would be more verbal than it was physical. his head dips a bit to place a quick kiss agianst her lips and then he smiles. ]

‘ it’s the echo in here. i had the same effect in my childhood home. it can be really annoying because it’s like they are always right outside your door. time to pay the piper. ‘
