how do people just live without obsessing about food constantly ??? not weighing themselves religiously and being scared of the number going up ??? theres really people out there who eat what i consider a binge daily. theres people out there who dont care what they eat or the consequences of it. i would do anything to be able to be like that except recover do you see my issue
