Guys ive hit a weird flow state where I genuinely have no desire to eat this is so amazing

Got my entire heart ripped out of my chest butttttt ive lost 8 pounds the last four days from not being able to eat so thank you to my ex for kicking my 3D into high gear

God i love the feeling of being super nauseous all day because of the heat. Like yes, dont give my body the opportunity to realize that I havent eaten for two days because its hot outside 😩😩

Not having access to a scale rn has me crashing out

Treadmill is finally here but damn they packaged it in this massive box and I literally dont have the energy to unpack it and set it up

Thinking ab how this girl would bully me in school for being fat but now she's chubby. Im gonna get thinner than her and plaster my body all over my socials

At least my treadmill will be here soon so I can just walk for hours and burn off everything i eat

Guys im really not feeling too hot today and Im not sure if its related to restricting or not. I have absolutely no energy and I just want to go home and lay in my bed

I am pleased to report that I didn't gain after my binge and actually lost .6 pounds which made me so happy 😭😭 I really need to get it together

Only ate 1/4 of a salad last night and today ive only had a boba drink which was 120 cals. Weigh in is tomorrow so I better be at the same weight as before my binge or even lower
