"Spock, hey…" Jim breathed, small smile curling at full lips. His hands are firmly clasped around each other at the small of his back, spine straight and tall. They were practically the same height but Spock was capable of making him feel so short, perhaps it was the lithe build, the hidden strength beneath that skin. "I’ve missed you too."

He’d missed this, definitely, he’d missed the brush of fingers against fingers and the press of lips against lips. He’d missed every inch of Jim, from his eyes to his hair to his smile and oh — the emotions that rolled off the human in waves threatened to overwhelm him, but he controlled himself and kissed Jim back, his free hand coming up to cup Jim’s face.

Jim sighed, body sinking into Spock's, face turning into his touch, soft but firm. His chest ached with how much he had missed this, had missed his Vulcan. Pulling back slightly, he nipped at Spock's bottom lip before grinning.

"Spock, hey…" Jim breathed, small smile curling at full lips. His hands are firmly clasped around each other at the small of his back, spine straight and tall. And it’s like coming home. The instant his t’hy’la touched his fingers it’s as if they had never left, if they had never been parted. His lips quirked a little more as he leaned in, lips hovering only bare inches from Jim’s, content to just linger this close to his captain once more.

Jim couldn't help but go that extra centimeter forward, to press his lips to Spock's once more. His heart raced in his chest, body practically calling for Spock's, fingers curling around Spock's hand. So familiar, so loved, so wanted, the time apart had done nothing to stem his feelings, only made them grow, and ache from the distance.

"Spock, hey…" Jim breathed, small smile curling at full lips. His hands are firmly clasped around each other at the small of his back, spine straight and tall. He exhaled, allowing a small smile to tug at his lips as he extended his fingers towards his captain. “I would be amenable to that,” he replied.

It's automatic. Automatic for Jim to reach out, to reach for his t'hy'la. His fore and middle finger brush gently against Spock's, his smile growing wider.

He was breathless just looking at his captain, at his t’hy’la; his heart beat furiously at his side as he stepped closer towards Jim, gaze never leaving those baby blues. “I…” he began, and then paused. “I am at a loss for what to say,” he admitted.

"Wow, I think I need to put that in the log. Commander Spock doesn't know what to say." Jim joked, chuckling. Sighing, he too stepped closer, his stomach flipping, heart fluttering. "How about... we just don't say anything at all?"
