"I’m Mei! Mei Rosa! It’s nice to meet ya!"

"Nice to meet you too... Mei. Heh."

Now, N could turn his attention to the trainer who had stepped into the Pokemon Center too. Somewhat awkwardly, the green haired man turned to face Mei, a light smile gracing his lips. It had been forever since he had last seen her, yet it seemed she hadn’t changed a bit. “….H-hello…M-mei….It’s been a while…hasn’t it….?” Well, that wasn’t exactly the way he wanted to greet her after so long. Of course, his lack of people skills never seemed to help much in these situations.

Her thoughts were cut off when he turned around, smiling, and she did her best to return it. "Yeah it has..." she answered, "sorry... about that... I should have said something before I... vanished like that." Feeling guilty, her voice got quieter with each word. But at least N didn't seem too upset, which helped her regain some confidence. The greenett seemed quite nervous actually. After a moment of collecting her thoughts, she looked up at him, a more relaxed expression on her face. "But I'm really glad to see you again." Which Mei was, she only hoped N felt the same way.

"Je m’appelle Serena. You are—?"

"My name is Mei. It's nice to meet you Serena."

"Nice day out, isn’t it?"

"I take it you're not from around here?"

  "They’re so cute!!! They’re almost as cute as mine!!"

"But, are you sure? I think mine are cuter."

By the time N finally reached the Pokemon Center, the crowd had dwindled down to just a few people. “We’ll get you help soon.” He reminded the Pokemon in a hushed voice before finally making his way to those familiar double-doors. Something, or more so someone, caught his attention just as he reached the doors. Was he…seeing things? He hadn’t seen that brunette head of hair for months. He was sure Mei had wandered off for good this time. “M-Mei….?” A quiet cry caught his attention and he looked back to the Eevee in his arms. He had a job to do. He had to get this Pokemon help. The tea green-haired man finally walked through the double-doors and didn’t waste a moment to rush to the front desk.

It wasn't until Mei had stepped through the Center's doors and began walking to the counter when she finally noticed him. N, at the front desk. It had to be. He had an Eevee with him, Mei couldn't tell from where she was but it was probably injured. She hesitated before finally beginning to walk towards him. When was the last time she'd spoken to N? Too long ago. Mei stopped and waited a few feet from the desk, a small, nervous smile on her face.

"We're here, in Castelia City," she pointed at the city on the map, tracing the path to the the town. "Down here is Nuvema. You can cross Skyarrow Bridge to get to Nacrene City from here... Hmm, is that any help?" It wasn't exactly the most detailed explanation.
