So I watched the movie “She’s out of my league” the other day and I couldn’t help it when I saw this scene XD

Hello Kikuro shippers,                                                                                                                                We are proud to host Kikuro month for 2017 once again! This is an event dedicated to the ship Kikuro, the pairing of Kise Ryouta and Kuroko Tetsuya from Kuroko No Basket.

This month is an event in which Kikuro shippers can create any kind of fan works. It starts on July 11th (Kikuro Day) and spans over the month to August 15th (Teikou ver).

The themes have been divided into 5 weeks. Feel free to choose one or to select both or possibly combine them. The last week event is a free week where you can create any kind of fan work with your theme of choice. Anything and everything is allowed so long as it is related to Kikuro.

The themes planned for the event are as follows (also in the graphic above):

I seriously mean it when I say I wasn’t planning much less even expecting this madness to happen! (゜◇゜ )) That’s the power of Viktor with some flower in his hair ahhaha ♡

All the messages I’ve received along this weeks, all the encouragement to keep working on it, all the headcanons people shared to make this AU grow and start taking shape!! I was so overwhelmed at a point lol How do you deal with this huge amount of positive vibes and love??? Really, how??

AND HOW IT INSPIRED PEOPLE! So far, it has inspired drawings, fanfics, cosplayERS, even SINGERS! To create and colaborate with this project that sprouted out of nowhere! And I think that’s the most important thing I save from this experience: to be able to inspire people to be creative, it gives the best feelings of them all. I’m so happy it’s hard to express in words!

And seriously, I didn’t want to get too personal in this, but you’ve made me feel so loved and special, in a time when I’m feeling pretty much alone. So thank you, from the bottom of my heart! I wake up every morning wondering if I’ll have a new lovely message in my inbox, or in tags, or someone just still losing it thinking about Yurio as a horse lolol

Of course I’ll continue creating, it’s in my system, and I’ll be providing lots for Yuri on Ice since it’s so special to me! So I hope that you all keep supporting me for a while longer! | Got more projects to work on, though I might not draw the amount of pics per week I did this time, but I’m a relatively active artist, when artblock doesn’t attack ahhahaha

Also, Yuuri says “Anata” which means like “darling.” It’s kinda an old fashioned thing to say/something wives say to their husbands…so he laughs at himself. ((Also if you speak Japanese better than me an say I fucked up I will totally believe you. I use to take Japanese but I am mediocre at best)).
