This is the type of woman who enables the worst of male behavior. This is the same kind of woman who asks “what was she wearing” and sides with frat boys in rape cases because “it will ruin his life”, not giving a shit about the girl’s wrecked life. This is the type of woman who convinces herself that the teens Epstien trafficked were better off because he paid them and took them to parties.
No one has any proof or evidence that Olivia ever stalked Jack. That’s a rumor these types of male-centered stans invented to turn Jack into a victim instead of facing the fact that HE invited a 19-year-old to leave her family and come work with him in Nashville while he had two babies and a wife at home. They both told this story so it’s not like there’s any disagreement there.
That bit about him announcing his divorce days after she moved to Nashville is 100% false, it was years later.
If Olivia WAS a stalker then that makes Jack a huge idiot for getting involved with her, doesn’t it? Let’s not do mental gymnastics to pretend that a male celebrity had no way to protect himself from a teenage stan. The police exist. Did he ever make one single report against her? No. He invited her to Nashville, manufactured a band around her and made her the centerpiece of his new record label, telling the whole world how great and talented she was.
It really makes me angry when Ghislaine Maxwell types try to make Jack out to be a victim of Olivia. Women find themselves having to escape male abusers thousands of times a day in this world, many of them are poor and have small children. Let’s not pretend for one second that if so many of them are able to get away, often with no resources and having to start all over with nothing and no income, that a multi-millionaire male celebrity was powerless against a teenage nobody.
